Jeep has revealed the Wrangler Sarge, the June instalment of its Twelve 4 Twelve limited-edition programme, and it reaches all the way back to 1941 for its inspiration.
Built on the Wrangler Willys, the Sarge is distinguished by a heritage green roof, grille surround, and A14 wheels finished in the same shade — a cohesive visual package that extends to exclusive 1941-inspired decals. Inside, buyers choose between Cattle Tan or Drab Green, two period-appropriate interior options that complete the vintage brief rather than contradict it.
The choice of the Willys as the base is deliberate. This is not a heritage sticker pack on a soft-roader — the Sarge retains the full off-road capability, modern technology, and everyday practicality that define the Wrangler nameplate. The aesthetics are the addition, not the trade-off.
The Twelve 4 Twelve programme releases one limited-edition Wrangler per month through 2026, each with a distinct theme and exclusive details. The Sarge is among the more convincing entries so far — the design has a clear point of view and the colour story holds together from bonnet to cabin.
